Lazy Weekend

I work at a company where we only go to the office from Monday to Friday. There was a monsoon last week so the President ordered all offices to cancel the day's work. We didn't go to the office that day, but our company asked us to report to work last Saturday to make up for it.

Since it was a Saturday and not too many people are in Ortigas area on that day, we were allowed to dress down and wear whatever we're comfortable with. And, of course there are no clothing items as comfortable as shorts and slippers, right?

I'm also thankful it didn't rain that day, because it's chilly when it rains and we can't really wear shorts during this kind of weather, can we?

I found this a perfect chance to do a little outfit of the day shoot since I haven't done that in a while.

I am really amazed with fashion bloggers who always have the perfect photos. I wonder if they have their own photographers who go with them every single day? I know Camille Co for one only asks her house help/assistant to take her photos and Tricia Gosingtian sometimes asks her boyfriend to take her photos, but what about the others? Oh, I envy them! I think the hardest part in blogging is not the actual blogging (because if you love it it's easy!) but the hardest part is to find someone to take your photos and bear being stared at by people on the street while you strike a pose..

But don't get me wrong, I never really consider my self as a fashion blogger, just a person with a blog who takes photos of her outfits every now and then. hehe! I've also begged most of my friends to take my photos and I am thankful that they agree even if they have to bear the stare of the people and the heat of the sun. :)

Anyway, I really like my outfit today. I am waring my favorite shorts, I have many photos of me on this blog in this shorts just because I like it so much and because I was complimented by Divine Lee when she saw me wearing this, must be great shorts if a high-end fashionista like her noticed it. :)

And then just a pair of metallic gold Havs to match my gold arm candy and the button on my shorts.

Extra working days in my office give something to look forward to since we are allowed to wear comfortable clothes, I love it!
